SHIPPING TO CANADA, USA OR INTERNATIONAL:

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE LOCATED IN CHINA AND WILL BE EXPEDITED BY THESE COURIER METHODS:
1. LCL OR FCL SEA FREIGHT - 25-45 DAYS
2. SNAIL MAIL - CHINAPOST GROUND OR AIR (DEPENDS ON VALUE OF PRODUCT AND CLIENTS REQUEST) 30-90 DAYS
3. EXPEDITED - HONG KONG POST AIR, EMS SMALL PACKET - 5-25 DAYS (LOW VALUE WE WILL DECLARE AS NO DUTY OR TAXES)
4. EXPRESS AIR TO NEAREST DESTINATION AIRPORT - 7-21 DAYS (UP TO 30 DAYS, DEPENDS ON CUSTOMS CLEARING) CUSTOM CLEARING IS RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER FOR THIS METHOD
5. EXPRESS DOOR-TO-DOOR - DHL, FEDEX, UPS, SF - 3-14 DAYS (BROKERAGE FEES INCLUDED BUT DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT).  VALUE OVER CERTAIN AMOUNTS TO COUNTRIES WILL REQUIRE A POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR PRODUCTS TO ENTER YOUR COUNTRY LEGALLY.

OUR HANDLING AND PROCESSING TIME VARIES ON THE TYPE OF MERCHANDISE IS PURCHASED.  SMALL ITEMS WE USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 1-3 DAYS AND BIGGER ITEMS THAT NEED CUSTOMIZING, MANUFACTURING OR BULK ORDERING REQUIRE EXTENDED HANDLING TIMES.  USUALLY UP TO 30 DAYS BUT SOMETIMES UP TO 60 DAYS IS REQUIRED FOR GOODS TO BE RELEASED TO THE HIRED COURIER. 

WE MAY NOT POST ALL SHIPPING METHODS IN CHECKOUT AS WE REQUIRE TO CHECK THE FINAL SHIPPING COSTS WITH OUR COURIERS AT THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE.  THIS WILL ALLOW US TO CHARGE THE ACTUAL SHIPPING PRICE AS THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS CHANGES FREQUENTLY.  WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO EMAIL US SO WE CAN PREPARE AND REPLY TO YOUR REQUEST IN A TIMELY MANNER.  SALES@ASYMPTECH.COM

INSURANCE COST:

1. INSURANCE FOR FCL OR LCL SEA SHIPMENTS RANGE FROM $30 TO $200 WHICH COVERS ($1000 TO $20,000 APPROX.) IN VALUE
2. INSURANCE FOR EXPRESS OR AIR SHIPPING RANGE FROM $10 TO $30 WHICH COVERS ($100 TO $5000 APPROX.) IN VALUE. 
3. INSURANCE FOR EMS OR HONG KONG AIR IS MINIMAL AND WILL BE COVERED BY US.
4. THERE IS NO INSURANCE FOR CHINA POST AIR OR GROUND.  WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY THIS METHOD BUT OVER 70% RELIABILITY IS ASSESSED WITH THESE CARRIERS.  RE-DELIVERY WILL NOT BE GIVEN DUE TO THE LACK OF MERIT.  WE MAY OFFER ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR.

REJECTION/ACCEPTING OF DELIVERY:

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO ASSESS THE PACKAGE RECEIVED BY OUR HIRED COURIER:
1.  INSPECT THE CARTON, BOX, CRATE FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE, HOLES, CRACKS, DENTS OR RE-TAPING BY THE COURIER OF THE PACKAGE COULD INDICATE DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE OR GOODS INSIDE.  PLEASE TELL THE COURIER DRIVER OR AGENT THE DAMAGE YOU FOUND AND MAKE SURE THEY MARK IT ON THEIR SHEET OR COMPUTER PAD.  TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY.  ASK THE COURIER DRIVER OR AGENT IF THE DAMAGE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED BY THEIR INTERNAL DEPARTMENT.  IF THEY REQUIRE THE PACKAGE TO BE INSPECTED BY THE COURIER, RELEASE THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER SO THAT THEY CAN ASSESS THE DAMAGE.  IF THE COURIER HANDS YOU THE DAMAGED PACKAGE WITHOUT INSPECTING IT AND YOU SIGN FOR IT, YOU WILL WAIVE ANY GUARANTEE FOR DAMAGE CLAIM BY THE COURIER.  DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN THE PACKAGE AND CONTENTS INSIDE ARE NOT DAMAGED.  YOU CAN ALSO TRY TO OPEN THE PACKAGE AND INSPECT IT BEFORE THE COURIER OR AGENT RECEIVES YOUR SIGNATURE.  THE COURIER OR AGENT CANNOT LEAVE UNLESS THEY HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE TO RELEASE THEM FROM ANY LIABILITY FROM THERON.

BUYER ACCEPTS THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHIPMENT BY THE COURIERS THAT ARE HIRED TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE.  THE SELLER IS ONLY THE MEDIATOR DURING THE SHIPMENT AND GUARANTEES THAT WHEN THE PACKAGE IS IN OUR POSSESSION;  BEFORE IT IS RELEASED TO THE COURIER,  THE PACKAGE IS 100% IN NEW CONDITION WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE, ABUSE, SCRATCHES, CHIPS, DENTS AND IN FULLY WORKING OPERATION.    INSURANCE IS ALWAYS EXTRA, PLEASE EMAIL US AT SALES@ASYMPTECH.COM TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT.  WE WILL NOT INCLUDE IT IN THE FINAL TOTAL, AND ASSUMING THAT INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.  PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE INSURANCE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE IT.  WE WILL OPEN CLAIMS AND PROCESS PARTIAL REFUNDS WHEN AN ERROR COMES AS OUR RESPONSIBILITY.  WE WILL PLACE A CLAIM WITH THE COURIER THAT DAMAGED THE GOODS AND WE WILL TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH YOU AND OUR COURIER TO EXPEDITE A NEW PRODUCT OR REPAIRS TO YOU.  PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE SHIPMENT TO ASSURE YOU WANT INSURANCE ON YOUR PRODUCT SO WE CAN HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY TRANSACTION.
DOA GOODS WILL BE ASSESSED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS.  USUALLY CLAIMS NEED 30 TO 120 DAYS FOR PROCESSING ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DEEMED UNUSABLE OR REPAIRABLE AND NEEDS TO BE RETURNED OR REPAIRED.
