All personal information will not be given to third party.  All information will be held confidential.  If any information is required by any official government or authority in the world, we will adhere to that the information given to the authorities is an authority type figure in the country specified.  We will contact the customer prior on giving out the information to the authorities.  If the authority specifies that the information used on our website was fraudulent, we will release the information to the authorities without the permission of the customer.
