We do not ship goods on credit or before the payment has cleared for any reason:
  i) If shipment doesn't arrive and insurance was purchased, claim will be filed.  
  ii) If shipment doesn't arrive and insurance was not purchased, claim will be  not filed and there will be no compensation of any kind.

   i) The customer has checked all local customs and has complied with all the laws and regulations with the product we have for sale.
  ii) We are not responsible for customer's negligence of laws and regulations stated in the person'(s) country.
  iii) We will not be held liable for any damage, act of god, custom fees, duties, VAT, brokerage fees or taxes for any country we sent the goods to.
  iv) All charges should be calculated before any purchase is made to avoid confusion and disappointment.  We do not know all regulations for all the countries in the world.

   i) All products are sent FOB China.
   ii) FOB (Free on Board) means once the product has left the warehouse of Asymptech, the goods are the property of the customer and Asymptech cannot be held liable thereafter.
  iii) If the product becomes lost in transit, the customer's responsibility is to track the package.  Asymptech will not be held responsible for delays and lost goods.  
   vii) The defective product or part(s) MUST be sent to Asymptech first before any replacement part(s) can be shipped back to the customer, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

  i) All price matching in only based on the price of the product.  
    ii) Shipping prices are not subject to price match.  
   iii) Price match is based on the same product and must be brand new, sealed in box for the price match to take effect.

 Payment Method:
   i)  Asymptech shall represent Alertpay as an authorized retailer or authorized reseller accepts the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo.  Fees and exchange rates are extra on pending orders.
   ii) This fee can be waived if bank wire transfer or Western Union is used as a form of payment for products.  Please contact us if this option is right for you.
