Term 1

All Asymtech products are manufactured under the strict QC system in their factories and have passed our picky quality test before shipping. So we guarantee the reliability of all our products before they leave our warehouse. However, Some unpredictable situations do exist while shipping and delivery. It is possible that the products may be damaged during transportation. To avoid an unnecessary lost, we suggest that you do the following things:

  • Every time before you sign for the delivery, open the packing box and check the product see if any part of it is broken, if so, please don't sign and contact your local carrier (DHL, UPS whoever delivers your order) to complain the situation and ask for compensation immediately.  At the same time, contact our customer service as soon as possible. It is necessary to provide us a picture as evidence to show to the carrier. Remember, your signature approves the service of the carrier including the damage. So never sign before you assure that your product is intact. We can not do anything about the damage but  treat it as the situation in Term 3 if you find it after you sign for the delivery.

Term 2

Test your product as soon as you receive it, if you find the product is not working properly (symptoms like can not  be lit, a dead diode, no signal etc.)  Take a picture or video and contact our customer service or technician. We will do the following steps:

  • Determine the problem according to your description and picture. Then the technician will give you instructions within 48-72 hours.
  • If it is a defective part (it rarely happens because we test all products before shipping) or any damage of the parts during shipping that you can not see from outside, and the parts are valuable and recyclable as diode, mainboard, scanners etc., we may require you to send them back on your cost and send us the tracking number, we will send you the replacement part(s).  Shipping must be paid by the customer.  You may have the part(s) send with your next order.
  • The action must be taken within 48-72 hours from the arrival of the products.

Term 3

For some products, we provide 6-12 months warranty, which means that we can replace some main parts of the product without changing the whole unit during the duration of 6-12 months. Due to our low prices, we will not be able to cover the shipping cost for the replacement. So, shipping must be paid to and from by the customer. To make the whole procedure more economic, we suggest that you do the following:

  • Contact our customer service or technician when you have a problem with our product. Let us know the serial number of the defective part.  If there is no number on the part, send the name of it (better with a picture). If the parts are in the recycle list, send them back before your next order.  Or have your technician look at the defective unit, determine the problem and either fix it or let us know which parts are need of replacement.
  • When you make your next order, tell us the tracking number of the returned parts. We will send the replacement part with your next order or with your prepaid shipping. This way is usually cheaper than sending the parts separately. However, it is only a suggestion. If you need the parts urgently, we can still send them as soon as we get the payment for the parts.
  • If the product is fully functional once it is sent back to Asymptech, the product will be sent back to the customer without any penalties or restocking fees, however, shipping must be paid by the customer before shipment.
