Suppliers, Manufacturers or other organizations that provide product services.  Our website offers a ready to ship website for your merchandise worldwide.  Our website is designed for those who want to meet new clients and link long term partners.  We are seeking suppliers of high standard products, mainly focused on North America, Central America, South America, Europe and some parts of Asia.  What we offer is our suppliers will have to pass criteria of demands before we can allow the products of a supplier to be posted on our website.  Our requirements are:

1. We must visit your factory and office to assure strict quality control regulations.  To make this arrangement, we require transportation to and from our location.  Our location is at:

2. We must test your products in your factory or send us samples to test.
3. We must be provided with a pricelist of all products you have in stock at all times so quick shipment is provided.  (If quick shipment is not determined, we will remove your company from our website).  Also, you must send detailed information of your bank account: Information should be detailed as follows:

4. We must be allowed to sell your products on low to high quantity demand without recourse of slow shipping, or back ordering parts.  This will cost your company business as well as us.  Every customer counts.
5. We must be allowed to inspect the merchandise before shipment when requested.  (Sometimes products sent are of second hand or used which is a problem).  We will not tolerate this as our customers will contact us and tell us the details.  This kind of practice will not be tolerated!

Once you have passed our requirements, we will send you a username, password and a link to where you can post your products.  A category will be placed for you on our website so you can add your products.  There may or may not be other products in the category as other companies have similar products.  You will be asked the following to make sure we can identify your companies’ products from others.

1. You will make an abbreviation for your products such as: Night Electronics will be short for: NE-XXX.  We require a 'two" Company letter ISO code for your products.  This will allow us to identify your company products. 
2. All pictures MUST be professional and unique.  This means you must have taken the pictures of your products and post them on our website.  The background MUST be white and a clear view of the picture. Minimum picture size should be 100x100 pixels and not larger than 400x400 pixels.  Example of a well defined picture can be found here:

We will make the arrangements for payment via bank in China and payment will be in RMB made to any bank you have in China.  This will result in immediate dispatch of products to our customers, thus assuring long business with our customers.
